About Our Hair:

Luxury Lace Hair Company specializes in offering the highest quality, 100% Virgin (unprocessed) Brazilian, human hair. Meaning there are no chemicals, mixed blends, or fibers in any of our bundles, each bundle is sourced from a unique donor.

Does the hair shed?

Our hair has very minimal to NO shedding. You may experience shedding during the first shampoo due to possible breakage from removing the rubber band/rope packaging, the hair should not lose any density or fullness as a result of this. To ensure your bundled extensions & lace extensions remain healthy and shed free, even after dying, be sure to utilize a licensed professional for any dying needs.

How much do your bundled extensions weigh?

Each bundled extension is weighed at approximately 3.2-3.5 oz.

 How many bundles do I need to achieve a full look?

The following are our suggested quantities per install:

Lengths 12-16: at least 2 bundled
extensions

Lengths 18-20: at least 2 bundled
extensions (recommended to use 3)

Lengths 22-30: at least 3 bundled
extensions

*For extreme fullness when ordering 30 inch length bundles ONLY, (i.e. not 26,28,30) 4+ is the quantity recommended

Can the hair be be dyed?

Our 100% Virgin (unprocessed) Brazilian, human hair can be bleached, rinsed and dyed to any color desired. To ensure your bundled extensions & lace extensions remain healthy and shed free, even after dying, be sure to
utilize a licensed professional for any dying needs.  

Can I receive a refund or exchange
my purchase?

Refunds can be granted for items that are returned in the same condition that they were

How long does does processing & shipping take?

 Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.
Shipping information will be sent to the email used to place your order.

 Can I buy now & pay later?
